Must have a solid existing customer network & willingness to
find new customers quickly. Knowledge of marketing tools, IT
tools, Sales Navigator, Upload, and Zoom info. Sales Lead
generation: One must be proficient in generating leads via both
inorganic and organic strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities

Understand the target markets, including industry, company,
project, and company contacts, and which market strategies can
be used to attract clients.

Hire Integration & Tech Experts, Process Specialists through
Staff Augmentation.

Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that
requirements are met.

Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new
prospects within the area you have been assigned.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and
customer satisfaction.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or
predicting clients' objectives.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identifying new lead generation and conversion.

Research organizations and individuals online and identify new
leads
Experience and Qualification:
- Staff Augmentation is a must.

Proven working experience as a business development manager,
sales executive, or a relevant role.
- Work Experience of at least 4-5 years.

Proven sales track record worked with some organization.
- Communication and Negotiation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the
ability to call, connect, and interact with potential
customers.
