Business Development Manager
Who we are looking for

Must have a solid existing customer network & willingness to find new customers quickly. Knowledge of marketing tools, IT tools, Sales Navigator, Upload, and Zoom info. Sales Lead generation: One must be proficient in generating leads via both inorganic and organic strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, and company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
  • Hire Integration & Tech Experts, Process Specialists through Staff Augmentation.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identifying new lead generation and conversion.
  • Research organizations and individuals online and identify new leads
Experience and Qualification:

  • Staff Augmentation is a must.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Work Experience of at least 4-5 years.
  • Proven sales track record worked with some organization.
  • Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
