- Testing was performed after the development and system integration thus the After-Defects kept disrupting the pipeline set for the project.
- After the completion of the milestone, a lot of changes were suggested increasing the Rework.
- Less Clarity over the Final Goal.

We created a successful roadmap to cater to all client needs. 90% of the bugs were resolved before the final build was delivered to the client. Major issues were observed while Beta testing, and The Client was happy with the stability of the product.
